In this type of investment, INIF alone or with participation of other Iranian entities with business angels syndicate of the target Country (with legal personality) as the LP, will provide the majority of the capital of the established VC Fund in Iran.  As well, the GP, which itself provides a small portion of the Fund's capital and is selected by the parties, is responsible for managing the Fund.  Investee or Portfolio Company can be a portfolio of Iranian companies or a portfolio of foreign companies.
